使BLOWER MOTOR的运转速度发生改变， 调节流入车内的风量。
通过对CONTROL LEVER的操作，变更电源的供给区间，根据各区间设置的电阻，来改变BLOWER MOTOR的输出电流，调节MOTOR的回转速度.
